We endeavor to ship all orders with in 24 hours of checkout. We are currently running at 99%+ for on time shipping.
All shipments are issued a tracking number (if available) for your convenience. You will be notified via email as soon as your package is processed and will be able to track your shipment.

If shipping to your country is not listed above or offered on checkout, please use the Contact Us Form and we will work out a shipping quote for you. Orders are shipped daily, Monday thru Fridays with occasional shipments on Saturday. (excluding holidays and other closures).
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please use the Contact Us Form to request a refund and we will assign you an RMA #.
2. Mail your returned item, securely packaged to:

Once your item is recived and inspected, a credit will be issued.
Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Due to the consumable nature of our product it can not be repackaged or resold like most other electronic devices, therefore we do not offer a full money back guarantee.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your item is in unopened, like new condition, you may exchange it within 30 days. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you are responsible for paying for return shipping.
